Finishing Projects, March 26, 2023
I love the feeling of finishing a project. It is like a weight off of my shoulders. The Russian Alphabet rug, I've been working on and mostly off for a year, has now been completed. Front and back side as the back side has the 'secret message'. My granddaughter will enjoy this in her playroom.
I attended an online Fine Shaded Flower course using Non-Traditional materials with Robin Whitford. We have...
Everything Fibre! March 19, 2023

A lot of happy folks being able to get out on the fresh fallen snow.

The Finish Line
Do you daily spend time feeling like you are running a race, going from one thing to another, but still have unfinished projects or you feel unproductive? Do you put off doing those things that either you dislike doing or you are afraid of the unknown? If you are like me, we put our own imaginary pressures on ourselves. A customer wanted a Northern Lights piece of wool for a project of hers. I had never painted wool to try to look like the Northern Lights. I was afraid to try,...
