Happy Halloween, October 31, 2021

Tonight the ghosts and goblins will be in search of the sweetest treats.  So much fun for a kid.  Be safe and look out for one another.

You can see from my picture above, most of the leaves have fallen from the maple trees in front of my home.  Cooler days are on their way.

I have worked a fair amount on my Paisley Tree pattern by Lori-Ann Lingley, see below.  The following colours are my standard in stock hand dyed wool fabrics. The background is Sky Blue, the grass is Miss Moss, the tree trunk is Black & Blue.

In the mail this week; Mary McCurdy is keeping us updated on her progress on my pattern, Zentangle.  Love her colours.

Carol Fullerton finished her Blueberry field rug, recent course by Dwight Gallagher.  It is gorgeous.

Catherine Robichaud completed several small rugs she has shared with us. They are all lovely.

     Have a happy Halloween everyone!

  • Is the Miss Moss yarn or fabric used for the grass?
